As of August 1, 2008 due to increasing operating and gasoline expenses, we have modestly increased our fees to cover these ever growing expenses.

Rates within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) as defined:
South - Lake Ontario
East - Simcoe Road in Oshawa
West - Hwy 427 in Mississauga
North - Aurora Road in Aurora
Base Rate
$105.00/hr + PST + GST with a 1 hour minimum. Any increment which is 15 minutes or more past the hour will constitute billing of a whole hour.
Remote Rate
$50 + PST + GST minimum for the first 30 minutes and billed further in 15 minute increments at a rate of $25 per increment.
Emergency Rate
$105.00/hr + PST + GST with a 2 hour minimum if the response is within 4 hours. Any increment which is 15 minutes or more past the hour will constitute billing of a whole hour.
Service Blocks
Service Blocks are available in 5 hour - $475 + PST + GST or 10 hour - $899 + PST + GST. These prices are already discounted and have a 6 month expiry.
Service Contracts for Monthly Maintenance are negotiated independently. Please refer to those documents for pricing.
Any visits outside of the GTA will be surcharged with a travel fee of 1 hour fixed or a per kilometer rate depending on the situation and up to the discretion of the consultant. This fee will be identified at the time of booking with the customer.

FCCS FORUMS are FREE (though users have to register)
We accept Cash, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated per incident. A late fee of 2% per month (24% per annum) will be charged to all invoices past 30 days.
